INTRODUCTION

Our bodies need food, air, and water to survive.  The quality and quantity of input of these substances is critical to our health, immune responses and well-being.  It’s more than just having a good diet; it’s about NOURISHING our bodies with clean foods, eliminating environmental toxins and being mindful of the signals our bodies are constantly sending us.  Nourish is about more than what you fill your grocery cart with; it’s about developing a LIFESTYLE that encompasses what we put into our bodies, what we eliminate/restrict, and how we can maximize the joy of eating and living in the environments that can either cause us to experience sickness and disease or NOURISH our souls.

HOW THE NOURISH DOMAIN WORKS

STEP ONE... THE TEST

First, you will be asked to take a test that identifies what you’ve been putting into your body over the course of your lifetime.  Many of the substances that we’ve been raised with, like heavy metals, are virtually impossible to eliminate and are cumulative.  There’s a reason why the government has restricted the production of lead-based paints for example, but there are also other substances that are part of our daily food and environmental systems that are equally harmful such as pesticides, GMO’s, smoking, pollution, radio signals, etc.  Some of these can be eliminated just by you being aware of and avoiding them.  Others are out of your control.  We want to give your body its best chance to be healthy and productive.

STEP TWO... GETTING STARTED

We want to give great attention to what you eat, how you buy it, and how you prepare it as part of a healthy LIFESTYLE.  To get started, we’ll give you the 4 CORE EATING HABITS.  Complete one of the 4 Core Eating Habits every 2 weeks for the first 8 weeks.  Some of these you may be doing already but follow the program as the sum of the program is greater than the 4 parts.

STEP THREE... ON YOUR RADAR

On Your Radar is designed to radically alter your previous negative lifestyle choices that typically lead to loss of energy, malfunction, a toxic body environment, and ultimately disease.  Some of these items can be dealt with immediately, others might take years.  So, we want you to put these activities on your radar and handle them as opportunities present themselves.  


STEP FOUR... DAILY ACTIVITIES

Next there is an extensive list of daily behaviors called the LIFESTYLE MENU.  You get to pick and choose from this menu the activities/behaviors you’d like to incorporate into your life.  There’s no particular order, so you choose the ones most relevant to you. Each activity will produce momentum and energy, providing you the feedback to exponentially change the course of your life and avoid the diseases which plague the general population and are among the leading causes of death in the world.  But we’re not simply trying to avoid and prevent problems, we’re building a LIFESTYLE to maximize the human experience, and to allow you to be able to enjoy life and perform at your highest physical, mental and social well-being.

STEP FIVE... UNIQUE OPTIONS 

Finally, there is a list of ADVANCED OPTIONS DESIGNED TO TACKLE SPECIFIC PROBLEMS.  These are intense programs such as extensive weight loss, pre-diabetic protocols, etc.  These often require coaching or counselling, depending on your level of self-discipline. We’ll give you the programs and make professional recommendations should you choose to use them.
